Most men don't know their testosterone is low until something stops working.
Not just energy. Not just mood. I mean something they really don't want to lose.
I've been working in men's health for over a decade. The pattern I see over and over: a man comes in thinking he's dealing with stress, or sleep problems, or just "getting older." We run a blood panel. His testosterone is in the low - normal or clinically low range - sometimes as low as 200–300 ng/dL when optimal is 700–1000+.
And then I have to walk him through everything that's been quietly happening in his body.
It's a conversation nobody wants to have. But men need to hear it.
